This week was all about Caribbean and South American recipes. Tons of vegetables, combined with fruits, but always accompanied with Sospes. In these countries people peruse the “Pura Vida” concept. Enjoy the simple things in your live: sun, ocean, friends, breeze, good food. Be grateful for what you got, stay present and enjoy every moment. We wanted to celebrate this thinking with 5 recipes.
Peruvian Linseed Salad ‑ a green sensation.
I went to the farmer’s market and got inspired. What a result! A green dream engaging deliciou
sly with my palate. 1) Put the linseed in a pan and let them fry for 5min. Keep a lit on the pan. 2) Prepare the broccoli, asparagus, and small zucchini. Wash and cut them, and fry in a pan. Ideally you fry everything separately. 3) Cut and wash green pepper and fry it as well. 4) Put in a plate the linseed, the fried broccoli, asparagus
, zucchini, 1 avocado, and decorate with some basil. 5) Put salt, pepper, lime, and Sospes to finalise. Tip: I fry with Sospes olive oil to have a healthier variant.
Panama‑Burger. Bridging health and taste.
This burger contains a lot of ingredients, proteins, vegetables, fruits and carbs. Ideal after a hard training. 1) Prepare the avocado sauce: Smash avocados, salt, pepper, lime juice and Sospes EVOO together and put the created sauce on both hamburger‑bread. 2) Fry spinach and asparagus and add them on one side of the bread. ‑ The vegetables’ side. 3) Prepare on the other side: tomatoes, mango and rote beet. ‑Fruits’ side. 4) Grill the hamburger meet in a pan and position the meet in the middle. Enjoy!
Egg in Avocado.
Want to use your avocado as plate? We got you! 1) Take 1 avocado and empty it. 2) Bring water to boil. 3) Mix the avocado‑meet with tuna, homemade mayonnaise, salt pepper and Sospes EVOO. Fill the avocado with this mixture. 4) When the water boils, put 1 egg in the water and let it boil for 2.5‑3 min. 5) Pull the egg out of the boiling water, peel it, and cut it in 2 half’s. 6) Position the one half on the avocado‑mixture. Ready your eg In avocado. Enjoy!
Caribbean Salad. A capricciosa under the salads.
This salad is literally a mixture of a bit everything. 1) Prepare the vegetables. Wash, cut and fry asparagus, zucchini and red peppers. I s
uggest to fry each ingredient separately. 2) Wash and cut the fruits. Mango, peaches and avocados. 3) Mix all together and add smashed whole nuts, salt and pepper. 4) Finalise mixing soya sauce and Sospes Evoo and pouring it on top of the salad. Enjoy!
Daily, after finishing with my workout, I drink this smoothie in the morning. It’s a rejuvenating sensation.
1) Wash the spinach and cut one b
anana. 2) Put in the mixer: the banana, spinach, 1 avocado, 1 egg, cinnamon, 1 spoon of Sospes EVOO. 3) Add oat milk and Mix the whole. 4) Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy your day!
Note: if you don’t feel comfortable with raw eggs, then skip this ingredient.
